We’ve been talking a lot about the type of yoga we have here at All Wellness. It’s called Katonah Yoga, simply named after the place it was develped in - Katonah, NY. When I tell people about the class I always say, “It’s unlike any yoga in town. You just have to try it!” I love Lauren’s unique, hands on style of teaching. You never leave class feeling like you didn’t do the poses well enough – you leave thinking about the things you learned about your body during that hour.
We currently have two Katonah Yoga classes on our schedule – Wednesdays from 12:00-1:00 and Fridays from 8:00-9:30. You just have to try one!
