Now Offering Advanced Pilates Reformer Classes!

At All Wellness, our Pilates clients are progressing!  In order to offer continuing challenge, we are changing several of our reformer classes from intermediate/advanced to advanced level.  Wednesday 5:30, Friday 8:30, and Saturday 8:30 will now be ADVANCED classes, so have fun and hold on to your hats (and your abdominals)!!
