Beginning/Intermediate Reformer: A full body workout focusing on proper technique,
with an emphasis on precision and mastery of basic principles and repertoire.
Mixed Level: Offers an increased intensity from Beg/Int, with an expanded repertoire focusing on smooth transitions and flow of movement. Appropriate for intermediate/advanced students wanting further repertoire knowledge.
Intermediate/Advanced Reformer: Offers an increased intensity from Beg/Int and Mixed Level, with an expanded repertoire focusing on smooth transitions and flow of movement. Appropriate for transitioning intermediate students and advanced students wanting further repertoire knowledge.
Yoga-Inspired Reformer: Playfully blend the principles and practice of Yoga with the Pilates method of exercise. Classes will begin with a brief centering/meditation and then will use both mat and Reformer to explore optimal physical alignment with a heart centered focus.
Reformer w/ Props: Challenges the whole body with exercises on the Reformer and mat. Small props may be utilized, such as, rings, balls, foam rollers, and bands.
Jump Board Reformer: Have fun in this Reformer class with floating, flying and a little bit of cardio.
Pilates Mat: Non-apparatus class utilizing basic Pilates Principles based the original 34 mat exercises, which challenge balance, endurance, and coordination. Small props may be utilized, such as Therabands, rings, foam rollers, and balls.
Yoga: Heartfelt yoga with a Pilates twist. Combines sound alignment principles, inspiring yoga philosophy, core awareness, and relaxation.
Free Introduction to Pilates: New clients are welcome to sign up for one free mat class, as well as our free introduction to the Reformer the 1st Tuesday of each month. We will introduce you to the history of Joseph and Clara Pilates, explore a basic repertoire of Pilates exercises, as well as how to sign up for the appropriate session package for your body’s needs.

Scheduling
We recommend that you schedule in advance via our online web scheduler, in person, or over the phone. Please be sure to check your schedule on a regular basis, as our front desk is not able to take responsibility for scheduling regular classes. You may sign up 90 days in advance with a current package on account, or by prepaying for the number of sessions you wish to attend. If you prefer to pay per visit, you may only sign up for one class at a time. Every class has a waiting list if you are unable to reserve a spot. You will receive an e-mail, phone call, or text message if a spot becomes available. Please confirm your attendance, as other clients may be waiting.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We respectfully require a full 24 hours notice for all cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments and classes. Absentees and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
Class Policy
To insure that you receive the greatest benefit from your class, new clients are required to complete one Introductory Private session before beginning group reformer classes. Please attend the level of class that your instructor has approved for you. Stress-free arrivals are encouraged, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early and sign in at the front desk. We request that you turn your cell phone off, refrain from chewing gum, and from wearing strong scents/perfumes. For the safety of all, anyone arriving to class more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted. Reserved spots that do not show, or show late, may be given to a standby client.
