assists healing of acute and chronic injuries while keeping a broad focus on the whole body. we combine manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and pilates methods for treatment. this approach to rehabilitation can strengthen any patient at any stage of healing, from post-op to elite athlete, and everyone inbetween.

we accept many insurances, appointments are available monday-friday 7:30am-4:30pm.  if you do not have insurance you may come as a cash paying client - $125 initial evaluation, $80 per visit.
