To begin Pilates Reformer classes we ask that you complete three introductory Reformer privates with one of our instructors of physical therapists.* These privates will introduce you to the basic repertoire of exercises and the the principles of Pilates. Your privates are scheduled at your convenience, but we recommend not spacing each out more than a week from each other. Call the studio anytime to schedule, or request your appointments via our online webscheduler.
Clients with injuries and chronic pain, who are interested in experiencing the benefits of Pilates, also have the option of working with one of our Pilates trained physical therapists. During therapy, you will learn Pilates, while healing your body. We accept all major insurance plans for PT, including VT Medicaid. Once your treatment ends, you will be able to continue your progress by joining group classes.
* New clients who have taken Pilates Reformer classes at another studio are not required to complete three privates before entering group classes. Ask the front desk to have this requirement waived and begin group classes today.
