What should I eat?

If you’ve ever asked yourself this question you are probably one of the many who are confused, too busy and don’t have the time or energy to figure out what is or isn’t healthy.

If you’d like to understand food better and be able to make better choices you don’t just want to go on the latest diet fad.  What you really want to do is:

  1.      Throw out everything you thought you knew about nutrition and start anew
  2.      Learn the basics of real whole foods:  what are they, how to shop for them and how to cook them so they taste good
  3.      Understand how all of your life influences your food choices
  4.      Get effective tools to make it all work for you in real time

Eat Better, Live Better, Feel Better, is a five-week course designed to take you on that journey, after which you’ll potentially come out with:

-        Clarity – to make easy healthy choices

-        Inspiration – to create delicious healthy meals

-        Physical changes – in your body from your new healthy lifestyle

-        Passion – to live a healthier, joyful life

-        Simplicity – knowing it’s all easier than you might imagine and never have to go on a diet again!

-        Body awareness – to be the expert on YOU!

The program will include:

-        Five weekly 1 and ½ hour classes covering different nutrition and healthy living topics

-        Self-awareness exercises to understand your body’s messages better and to understand yourself better

-        Handbook with resources and recipes

-        Food tastings and food samples to cook at home

-        A 30-minute private session at the end of the program to follow up on your new lifestyle and address questions or specific health concerns

Program Tuition:

$195 ($39 per class)
