Emelia Brogna, DPT CSTA-CP
Emelia received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Simmons College in Boston, MA.
Her post grad work began at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, where she specialized in Breast Cancer rehabilitation and aquatic therapy.
After moving to Vermont in 2009, she extended her range of therapeutic skills to include Myofascial Release in the John Barnes Method and CranioSacral Therapy.
Emelia also has an area of specialty in Lyme Disease rehabilitation, supporting the vast need here in Vermont.
Her holistic approach to patient health empowers her clients to reach their goals through shared ownership of their wellness and plan of care.

Lucy D'Aponte, MSPT CYT
Lucy D’Aponte received her BS/MS in Physical Therapy from Long Island University and has 20 years of experience as a physical therapist. She is a certified yoga teacher and Phoenix Rising Yoga practitioner, with continuing education in multiple manual therapy techniques.
Lucy has worked in many settings including neonatal intensive care units, home care, acute and sub-acute rehabilitation, extended geriatric care, and private outpatient therapy.
Lucy offers a unique approach to physical therapy bridging the knowledge of traditional physical therapy with the long-practiced therapeutics of yoga.
She is known for her capacity for compassion and interpersonal skills.
Karen Bumpus, DPT
Karen received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Since graduating, she has worked alongside some of the leading pelvic floor therapists in New England as a member of a specialty pelvic and women’s health physical therapy practice in the Boston area.
Since obtaining her doctorate, she remains up-to-date with the most current treatment approaches by attending numerous courses covering a variety of topics including mindfulness-based pain treatment and orthopedic treatments for the pregnant patient. She also holds a certificate in pelvic floor dry needling.
Karen offers a comfortable, safe and respectful atmosphere to discuss the intimate aspects of women’s health. Her mission is to empower the women she treats, and to provide them with the tools to reconnect with and heal their bodies.
